Shipping
When will you ship my order?
Orders received Monday - Friday are shipped the same or next day. Orders received on the weekend are shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday.
What is my Tracking Number?
The order update email you receive will let you know your tracking number, as well as, where you can track it.
Can I add insurance to my shipping?
Shipping Insurance is included with UPS and Fedex, as well as, USPS Express. Any USPS service other than Express does not include insurance.
Where can I track my package?
Your status email will include a link to track your package.
Can you ship to my country?
We currently ship to the US, Canada and several other Countries like the UK. Upon sign up you will get a drop down list with all the countries we can ship to.
How long will my order take to arrive if I am outside the United States or Canada?
You have a few options depending on the weight and size of the package. The options offered are:
- Priority Mail International | 6-10 Days
- First Class Mail International | Varies based on country
- Express Mail International | 5 Days
- Global Express Guaranteed | 1-3 Days
Returns
Can I return an item for exchange?
We can exchange damaged items only. We will also exchange any colors/sizes we may have sent in error. We triple check all our orders before they are closed so the chances of receiving the wrong order are about 0.01%.
If the package arrives damaged, send back the damaged items and we'll exchange them. You have two days after receipt to declare a broken item. To received a return authorization, please contact us.
Can I return an item for refund?
No sorry, all sales are final.
What is the address to return an item?
All returns must be authorized before you send back the items. Please contact us to receive a return authorization. We will give you the address for the return and the return instructions by e-mail. |
